Organic EVO Oil Flavoured with Lemon 500ml With Case
Lemon-flavoured oil is born from a careful milling of olives and lemons (siccagni/seccagni) in the amount of 10%.
The paste has a light color, from which, after a suitable amount of kneading, a very fragrant oil is extracted.
It is recommended for seasoning both meat and fish.
Our history
In the early years of the twentieth century, Don Antonino Musso, the founder of the family who emigrated to the USA, hoped one day to return to live and work in his own land.
Production
To complete our work, the quality of production is subjected to strict controls by organic certification bodies, both in the field and on the final product: we carry out multi-residue chemical analysis, where they are controlled, thanks to intensive tests, (over 400 parameters) which certify the total absence of prohibited products.
